Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- culinary certification preferred
- minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a cook preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant

- ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines

Job Duties
- Prepare food orders efficiently and consistently
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained daily
- complete opening duties including station setup and requisitioning food items
- prepare food items for meal periods and future service
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- cook for scheduled meal periods
- remove soiled wares and transport to dishwashing
- complete closing duties and breakdown workstation
- follow 4 Keys service standards and safety procedures
- work cohesively with co-workers and other departments
- adhere to attendance and reliability standards
- follow all additional duties assigned by management
