Job Duties
- Assist service staff in providing efficient and timely food service to guests
- ensure tables are pre-set for dining and cleared promptly for the next course
- maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and in a timely manner
- communicate effectively with all staff to better serve guests and support team operations
- monitor guests’ dining experiences and respond promptly to their needs
- be knowledgeable about menu items and dietary restrictions
- complete opening, closing, and side work, including setting up food carts and stations
- follow all safety, security, and operational standards and procedures
- adhere to attendance and reliability standards, working flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
