Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry
- Possess an intense competitive spirit with assertive, confident personality
- Hold a valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle
- Ability to frequently lift and move cases of beer
- Capability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale items
- Reside in Everett, Bellingham, Snohomish County or surrounding area
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of proven experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry

- Valid driver's license and a registered, insured vehicle
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange point-of-sale items
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Sell entire Boston Beer Company product portfolio
- Focus 100 percent on selling and upgrading product lines in retail accounts such as bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores
- Identify major accounts not currently selling Boston Beer Company products and develop plans to establish business
- Improve merchandising by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point-of-sale items
- Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed and products are received
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions, beer tastings, and evening promotions
- Travel regularly within the market to service retailers and wholesalers
- Work occasional weekends and holidays as needed to support business
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
