Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Ability to drive continuously to and from accounts
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale items
- Residency within the Atlanta, GA area, ideally Peachtree City
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or food and beverage industry for 1+ years
- Assertive and confident personality with competitive spirit
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Sell our entire product portfolio
- Focus on selling and upgrading product lines in retail accounts including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores
- Identify and develop plans to establish business with major accounts not currently selling products
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and placing point-of-sale items
- Partner with distributors to ensure order placement and product delivery
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender educations, beer tastings, and evening promotions
- Maintain flexible work conditions including weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Travel regularly within the territory to service retailers and wholesalers
