Job Requirements

Knowledge and passion for the beer and beverage industry, brewery experience a plus (not required)
Exceptional customer service skills and abilities
Can handle challenging situations with confidence and grace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems, Toast
Able to stand for long periods
Able to bend and occasionally lift heavy objects
At least 21 years of age
Able to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

Passion for beer and beverages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to connect with people and build relationships
Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of craft beer trends

Job Duties

Help coach a team of 30 plus between our 2 locations
Build relationships with our guests, creating new fans
Participate in daily food and beer tasting to ensure we are serving a quality product
Provide input to our General Manager on new beer trends and beverage concepts
Work alongside our FOH team regularly, in guest service and events
Collaborate with our other brands (DOZER and Smooj)
Problem-solve with our GM and FOH team to continually improve our processes
Act as a brand ambassador for HOMES in and outside of work, representing HOMES at beer events and festivals
