Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
- Experience in service industry preferred
- Experience as key holder preferred
- Experience managing people preferred
- Basic math skills
- Commitment to quality service
- Familiarity with bar operations
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Professional and positive attitude
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Interest in and passion for beer
- Food handlers certificate
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to maintain clean work environment
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Scheduling
- Inventory and ordering management
- POS and menu management
- Leading and organizing monthly team meetings
- Bank bag reconciliation
- Serving beer properly from a 16-tap tower
- Enthusiastically answering customer questions about beers and brewing
- Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere
- Managing bar operations including cleaning and stocking
- Adhering to alcohol service regulations
- Following opening and closing protocols
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Providing front to back service including bussing and clearing
- Learning beer and food menus to assist customers
- Keeping bar and floor areas clean and inviting
- Collaborating with brewers, kitchen staff, and team members
- Providing excellent table service
- Completing sidework and ad hoc tasks as assigned
