Job Requirements
- 16 years or older
- 1 or more years experience in customer service
- Ability to work mid day shifts and at least one weekend day
- Ability to learn with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience of 1 year or more
- Previous barista or server experience preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Ability to learn and operate brewing equipment
- Basic math skills

- Ability to multitask and maintain a courteous service attitude
Job Duties
- Maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving objectives
- Attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products
- Maintains a clean, setup, and organized workstation
- Ensures equipment is operational and reports maintenance needs
- Anticipates customer and store needs based on cues and environment
- Communicates productively with team and management, assists in new team member training
- Adheres to operational policies including cash handling and safety regulations
