Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- service-oriented mindset
- adhere to highest hygiene standards as outlined by CDC
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- pass vision and hearing test
- successfully complete security screening training
- pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
- legal right to work in the U.S.
- legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- current passport with minimum six months remaining
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- willingness to relocate if necessary
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- able to report for work in assigned base and trips
- able to work reserve assignments
- self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
- allowed nose piercings limited to single stud 2mm or smaller in silver, gold, or gemstone
- no other facial piercings allowed
- no teeth embellishments
- no more than two earrings per ear while in uniform

- 21 years of age or older

- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to perform assigned duties including standing for extended periods
- excellent problem-solving skills
- skilled in handling difficult situations, complaint resolution, and conflict de-escalation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team without direct supervision
- physical ability consistent with job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to use onboard technology
- ability to adhere to grooming and appearance guidelines
- current passport with minimum six months validity
- legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
- completion of initial flight attendant training
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating assignments and luggage stowage
- remain positive and kind, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
- maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
- stay approachable and accommodate guests by monitoring the cabin regularly
- remain flexible to schedule changes due to operational, weather, or other delays
- stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- demonstrate personal responsibility with punctuality and proactive behavior
- uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- assist other departments if needed
- comfortably use and explain Breeze inflight technology
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while adhering to hygiene standards
- maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
- administer first-aid and medical care if required
- control personal and emotional responses under stress
- conduct security screenings
- complete autism awareness training
- comply with FAA and DOT travel regulations
- achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze aviation group values of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence
