Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented
- Adhere to highest hygiene standards as outlined by CDC
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Ability to complete security screening training
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and company background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- Current Passport with at least six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willing to relocate if necessary
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to report for work at assigned base
- Able to work Reserve Assignment
- Self-starter with positive attitude
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Nose piercings acceptable only as single studs (2mm or smaller), no hoops or other facial piercings
- No teeth embellishments
- No more than two earrings per ear
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Height adequate for head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to use E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance capable of making a positive impression
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
- Proficient in English - reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and company background check
- Legal authorization to work in and travel to/from the United States
- Current Passport with minimum six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if required

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience - warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aide in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and provide additional requested information
- Remain positive and be kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating

- Administer first-aid and medical care if required
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
