Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Neat and well-groomed
  • Service-oriented
  • Adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successful security screening training completion
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint criminal history and background checks
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
  • Current passport with minimum six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate as needed
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report for assigned base and trips
  • Ability to work Reserve Assignment
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Compliance with company piercing and tattoo policies

  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by welcoming Guests, aiding in seating and luggage stowage, and being available for assistance
  • Remain positive and kind, showing empathy and valuing Guests
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and respect other Team Members
  • Monitor cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Remain flexible with schedules due to operational or weather-related changes
  • Stay compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training
  • Demonstrate punctuality, proactivity, and professionalism in appearance and etiquette
  • Assist other departments if necessary
  • Use and explain Breeze's Inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization in tight spaces
  • Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Administer first-aid and medical care if required
  • Control personal and emotional responses under high stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's core values
