Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • ability to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins

  • complete all required security screening and background checks
  • pass DOT drug test
  • legal authorization to work and travel in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • suitable height for adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 flight attendant jumpseat harness
  • neat and well-groomed appearance
  • service-oriented mindset
  • adherence to hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC
  • proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • successful completion of security screening training
  • ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • ability to pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
  • legal right to work in the United States
  • legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
  • current passport with minimum six months validity
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willingness to relocate if necessary
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • ability to report to assigned base for trips
  • ability to work reserve assignments
  • self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • adherence to company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and uniform appearance

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto the aircraft, assisting with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and responding to additional guest needs
  • remain positive and kind, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
  • maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
  • monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • demonstrate flexibility in adapting to schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, or other unforeseen delays
  • stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
  • uphold professional appearance and etiquette both in and out of the cabin
  • assist other departments when necessary
  • use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while adhering to hygiene standards
  • maintain cabin cleanliness and organized galley
  • provide emergency and evacuation instruction to guests
  • administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
  • control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress
  • conduct security screenings
  • complete Autism Awareness Training
  • adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
