Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to reach overhead bins and have necessary physical capabilities
- Ability to comply with TSA and DOT regulations and pass background checks
- Must be neat, well-groomed and service-oriented
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must hold a current passport with at least six months validity
- Must pass vision, hearing, and drug tests
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Ability to work reserve assignments
- Must adhere to hygiene standards including CDC guidelines
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must comply with company appearance policies
- Legal authorization to work and travel
- Positive attitude and self-starter mindset
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Must have adequate head clearance in cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented attitude
- Adherence to highest hygiene standards
- Proficient in English
- Pass vision and hearing tests
- Successfully complete security screening training
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- Current passport with minimum six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to work reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Compliance with company guidelines on piercings and tattoos
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience with warm welcome and assistance
- Remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
- Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly
- Remain flexible in scheduling and operations to adapt to changes
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette in and out of the cabin
- Assist other departments if necessary
- Use, implement, and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete autism awareness training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's core values
