Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet specific height requirements for safety
- Ability to sit and buckle into jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented
- Ability to adhere to highest hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successfully complete security screening
- Pass DOT drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal check
- Legal right to work in U.S.
- Legal right to travel unrestricted to/from U.S.
- Current passport valid for at least six months
- Ability to serve alcohol
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Ability to work varied shifts and reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Compliance with company appearance policies
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adherence to highest hygiene standards outlined by the CDC
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check and Breeze background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
- Current passport with minimum six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate based on operational needs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to report for assigned trips at the assigned base
- Ability to work reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter mentality
- Compliance with company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and overall appearance
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto aircraft, assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, or additional guest requests while remaining available
- Remain positive and be kind, showing empathy and acting with humanity to make guests feel valued
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations effectively
- Communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating to guest needs
- Adapt to schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility including punctuality, timeliness, and proactivity
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Assist other departments when necessary to support operational needs
- Use and explain Breeze’s inflight technology to enhance guest experience
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining highest hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin and galley, comfortable working in tight spaces
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to guests
- Administer first aid and medical care if required during emergencies
- Control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress
- Conduct security screenings as required
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Meet performance standards aligned with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
