Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must live within two-hour driving distance from Charleston International Airport
  • Ability to safely reach emergency equipment without assistance
  • Clear headroom in cabin as per height maximum requirement
  • Able to fasten E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Pass vision and hearing tests
  • Complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and background checks
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Legal authorization to travel unrestricted
  • Possess a current passport valid for at least six months
  • Ability to serve alcohol
  • Willingness to relocate as needed
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours
  • Ability to work assigned trips and reserve assignments
  • Positive proactive attitude
  • Comply with piercing and tattoo guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • Service-oriented with a commitment to high hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successful completion of security screening training
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint criminal history check
  • Legal right to work and travel unrestricted in the U.S.
  • Current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report and work assigned trips and reserve assignments
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Compliance with company guidelines on piercings and tattoos

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests aboard and assisting with seating and luggage
  • Remain positive and kind to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Communicate effectively, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Remain flexible to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
  • Stay compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate punctuality, proactivity, and uphold professional appearance and etiquette
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages following hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organize the galley
  • Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance standards aligned with Breeze Aviation Group values
