Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • height suitable for adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • service-oriented
  • adhere to highest possible hygiene standard as outlined by the CDC
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • ability to pass vision and hearing test
  • ability to successfully complete security screening training
  • must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • must pass TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
  • legal right to work in the U.S.
  • legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
  • current Passport with minimum six months remaining prior to expiration
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willing to relocate based on company operational needs if applicable
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
  • able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips
  • able to work reserve assignments in assigned base
  • self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • neat, well-groomed and capable of making a positive impression
  • nose piercings acceptable following company guidelines (studs only, single 2mm or smaller, silver, gold or gemstone, no hoops)
  • no other facial piercings allowed
  • no teeth embellishments in uniform
  • no more than two earrings per ear while in uniform

  • 21 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement, Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins, Height suitable for adequate head clearance in the cabin, Ability to sit and buckle into required Flight Attendant seats, Neat and well-groomed appearance, Service-oriented attitude, Adherence to CDC hygiene standards, Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, Ability to pass vision and hearing tests, Successful completion of security screening training, Passed DOT pre-employment drug test, Passed TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and background checks, Legal right to work in the U.S., Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S., Current Passport with minimum six months validity, Ability to serve alcoholic beverages, Willingness to relocate if necessary, Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, Ability to report for work at assigned base and trips, Capability to work reserve assignments, Positive attitude and strong desire for success, Facial piercing compliance with company guidelines, No teeth embellishments in uniform, Limit of two earrings per ear while in uniform

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, Assist in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members, Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations, Communicate, collaborate and show respect for Team Members, Monitor cabin regularly and remain approachable, Stay flexible with scheduling changes due to operational or weather delays, Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training, Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive, Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, Assist in other departments if necessary, Use and explain Breeze's Inflight technology, Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with hygiene standards, Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests, Administer first-aid and medical care if required, Control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress, Conduct security screenings, Complete Autism Awareness training, Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations, Achieve performance measures and uphold company values
