Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseats
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Ability to complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check and Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
  • Current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate based on company needs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report to assigned base for trips
  • Ability to work Reserve assignment in assigned base
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Compliance with piercing and tattoo policy
  • No teeth embellishments in uniform
  • No more than two earrings per ear in uniform

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a professional and neat appearance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict de-escalation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Completion of security screening training
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Eligibility to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Compliance with company grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto aircraft and assisting with seating and luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind by valuing and empathizing with Guests
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate respectfully with other Team Members
  • Regularly monitor the cabin to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Remain flexible to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette both in and out of the cabin
  • Assist other departments when necessary
  • Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology proficiently
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization, and work comfortably in tight spaces
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
