Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adherence to hygiene standards outlined by the CDC
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Passing DOT pre-employment drug test
- Passing TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and company background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel to and from the U.S. without restrictions
- Current passport with minimum six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to report for work at assigned base and work reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Following company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and uniform appearance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Adequate height for head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit securely in E190 and A220 jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Service-oriented with a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Completed security screening training
- Capacity to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check
- Legal authorization to work and travel in the U.S.
- Current passport with at least six months’ validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Positive attitude and self-starter mentality
- Compliant with company uniform and appearance guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests, assisting with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and offering information as needed
- Remain positive and kind by showing empathy and valuing Guests
- Maintain a safe work environment for both Guests and Team Members
- Stay calm and mitigate high-stress situations effectively
- Communicate and collaborate respectfully with other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Adjust flexibly to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related delays
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training
- Demonstrate punctuality and proactivity
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette standards
- Assist other departments if necessary
- Use and explain Breeze's Inflight technology confidently
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with high hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization, working effectively in tight quarters
- Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care as needed
- Control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Meet performance measures aligned with Breeze Aviation Group Values
