Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Adherence to highest hygiene standards
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to pass vision, hearing, and drug tests
- Successful completion of security and background checks
- Legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
- Current Passport with minimum six months validity
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work assigned base and Reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Compliance with company appearance guidelines including facial piercings and tattoos
- Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting and pushing carts
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adherence to highest hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Passing DOT pre-employment drug test
- Passing TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and Breeze background check
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
- Current Passport with at least six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to work assigned base and Reserve Assignments
- Self-starter with positive attitude
- Nose piercings acceptable following company guidelines
- No teeth embellishments in uniform
- No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto aircraft, aide in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, or any additional information requested, remain present and available for further assistance
- Remain positive and be kind to make Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Remain flexible with changing schedules due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Assist other departments when necessary
- Use, implement, and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards
- Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies
- Control personal and emotional responses in high-stress situations
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Achieve performance measures in alignment with Breeze Aviation Group Values
