Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • live within two hours of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
  • pass TSA fingerprint check and Breeze background check
  • pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • ability to reach emergency equipment independently
  • ability to meet height requirements for head clearance
  • ability to sit and buckle into jumpseat harness
  • pass vision and hearing tests
  • legal right to work in the U.S.
  • legal right to travel without restriction
  • current passport with at least six months validity
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willing to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to work reserve assignments
  • completed security screening training
  • adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • must be neat and well-groomed
  • ability to perform safety-related procedures
  • pass autism awareness training

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat harness and belt
  • neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • service-oriented mindset
  • adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • successful completion of security screening training
  • pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and Breeze background checks
  • legal right to work in the U.S.
  • legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
  • current passport with minimum six months validity
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willingness to relocate if applicable
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • able to report for work in assigned base and trips
  • able to work "Reserve Assignment"
  • positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • neat, well-groomed appearance
  • acceptance of nose piercings within company guidelines
  • no teeth embellishments in uniform
  • no more than two earrings per ear while in uniform

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests and assisting with seating and luggage stowage
  • remain positive and kind to ensure Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • monitor the cabin regularly while staying approachable and accommodating
  • remain flexible to changes in schedules due to operational or weather-related delays
  • stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • demonstrate personal responsibility with punctuality and proactive behavior
  • uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
  • assist other departments if necessary
  • use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with high hygiene standards
  • maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures to Guests
  • administer first-aid and medical care if required
  • control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • conduct security screenings
  • complete Autism Awareness Training
  • adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's core values
