Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- height minimum to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- height maximum for adequate head clearance in the cabin
- ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat and lap belt
- neat, well-groomed, capable of making a positive impression
- service-oriented
- adhere to highest hygiene standard per CDC
- ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- ability to pass security screening training
- pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history background check and Breeze background check
- legal right to work in the U.S.
- legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- current passport with minimum six months remaining
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- willingness to relocate based on operational needs
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- able to report for work at assigned base and trips
- able to work reserve assignment in assigned base
- self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
- nose piercings limited to single studs (silver, gold or gemstone), no hoops or other facial piercings
- no teeth embellishments in uniform
- no more than two earrings per ear while in uniform
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

- ability to work independently and as part of a team without direct supervision
- ability to perform all safety-related procedures
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull beverage and food carts weighing approximately 60 pounds
- ability to assist disabled passengers during flights

- legal right to work and travel in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, assisting with seating assignments, and luggage stowage
- remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
- maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
- stay approachable and accommodate guest needs by regularly monitoring the cabin
- remain flexible to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related factors
- stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- demonstrate punctuality, timeliness, and proactive behavior
- uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- assist other departments when necessary
- use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining hygiene standards
- maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards
- provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
- administer first aid and medical care if required
- control personal and emotional responses under stress
- conduct security screenings
- complete autism awareness training
- adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
