Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • Service-oriented
  • Adhere to highest possible hygiene standard as outlined by the CDC
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to pass a vision and hearing test
  • Ability to successfully complete security screening training
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
  • Current passport with minimum six months remaining
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willing to relocate based on company operational needs if applicable
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
  • Able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips
  • Able to work "Reserve Assignment" in assigned base
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • Nose piercings acceptable only as silver, gold, or gemstone studs no larger than 2mm, no hoops
  • No other facial piercings allowed
  • No teeth embellishments in uniform
  • No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Adequate head clearance to meet aircraft cabin height requirements
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the Flight Attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Service-oriented and neat appearance
  • Fluent in English with ability to communicate safety instructions clearly
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successful completion of security screening training
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to and from the U.S.
  • Current passport with minimum six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate based on operational needs
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report for work at assigned base and accept reserve assignments
  • Positive attitude and self-starter mindset
  • Compliance with company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and grooming

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience - warmly welcome Guests onto the aircraft, assist in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and provide additional information as needed
  • Remain positive and be kind, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • Adapt to schedule changes due to operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism in appearance and etiquette
  • Assist other departments when necessary
  • Use, implement, and explain Breeze's Inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, while adhering to hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organize galley areas
  • Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care during emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
