Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live within a two-hour drive from Provo Municipal Airport
- Height minimum to reach and remove emergency equipment unaided
- Height maximum to allow adequate head clearance in cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to adhere to highest hygiene standards outlined by CDC
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Able to successfully complete security screening training
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and company background checks
- Legal right to work in U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from U.S.
- Current passport with minimum six months remaining
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to report for work and work reserve assignments in assigned base
- Self-starter with positive attitude
- Adherence to company policy on piercings and tattoos
- No visible teeth embellishments

- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- Current passport with at least six months prior to expiration
- Positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Skilled in conflict de-escalation and complaint resolution
- Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels
- Self-starter with service orientation
- Neat and well-groomed appearance according to company guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming Guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating assignments and luggage stowage
- Remain positive and be kind ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for Guests and Team Members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other Team Members
- Stay approachable and accommodate Guest needs by regularly monitoring the cabin
- Remain flexible and adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related delays
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines in and out of the cabin
- Assist other departments if necessary
- Use, implement, and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization in tight quarters
- Provide safety and emergency instructions and administer first aid if needed
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
