Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- must live within a two-hour driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
- successfully complete initial flight attendant training
- able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- able to fit with adequate head clearance in the cabin
- ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 flight attendant jumpseat belt harness and lap belt
- neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- adhere to highest hygiene standards as per CDC
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- ability to pass security screening training
- pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check
- legal right to work in the U.S.
- legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- current passport with six months remaining
- able to serve alcoholic beverages
- willing to relocate based on operational needs
- able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips
- able to work reserve assignments
- positive attitude and strong desire for success
- comply with company grooming standards including nose piercing limitations
- no teeth embellishments in uniform
- no more than two earrings per ear in uniform
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- age 21 years or older
- ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- ability to fit with adequate head clearance in the cabin
- ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat belt harness and lap belt
- service-oriented with a neat and well-groomed appearance
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- pass vision and hearing test
- ability to pass security screening training
- legal right to work in the U.S.
- legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- current passport with at least six months validity
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- willingness to relocate if necessary
- able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- self-starter with positive attitude
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent problem-solving skills
- skilled in complaint resolution and conflict de-escalation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests, assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued, maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members, remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations, effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members, monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating, remain flexible with changing schedules, stay current and compliant with FAA regulations and company procedures, demonstrate personal responsibility through punctuality and proactive behavior, uphold professional appearance and etiquette in and out of the cabin, assist other departments if necessary, use Breeze inflight technology effectively, prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with highest hygiene standards, maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization, provide instruction on emergency procedures to guests, administer first-aid and medical care in emergencies, control emotional responses and act appropriately under stress, conduct security screenings, complete autism awareness training, adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations, achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze values
