Job Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check
  • legal right to work in the U.S.
  • legal right to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
  • minimum age 21 years
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • neat and well-groomed appearance
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins
  • able to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • able to report for work at assigned base
  • willingness to relocate if required
  • pass vision and hearing tests
  • complete security screening training
  • adhere to highest hygiene standards
  • ability to communicate in English
  • current passport valid at least six months
  • comply with company guidelines on piercings, tattoos, and earrings

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • adequate height for head clearance in the cabin
  • able to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 flight attendant jumpseats
  • neat and well-groomed with positive impression
  • service-oriented mindset
  • adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • fluent in English
  • pass vision and hearing tests
  • complete security screening training
  • pass DOT drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check
  • legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
  • current passport with at least six months validity
  • able to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willing to relocate if necessary
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • able to report for assigned trips and work reserve assignments
  • positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • adhere to company guidelines on nose piercings, tattoos, and earrings

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting with seating and luggage

  • prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages with high hygiene standards
  • maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
  • administer first aid and medical care in emergencies
  • control emotional responses under stress
  • conduct security screenings
  • complete autism awareness training
  • adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
