Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Must be able to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 flight attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Must be service-oriented
- Must adhere to highest possible hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must pass a vision and hearing test
- Must complete security screening training successfully
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background check
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Must have legal right to travel to and from the U.S.
- Must have a current passport with a minimum of six months remaining
- Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must be willing to relocate based on company operational needs
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Must be able to report for assigned trips and reserve assignments in the assigned base
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
- Must comply with company guidelines for nose piercings and tattoos
Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement

- Pass vision and hearing tests

- Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, assisting with seating and stowage, and being available for assistance

- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with high hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide safety and evacuation instructions to guests
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required
- Control emotional responses and act appropriately under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
