Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • live within two hours driving distance from Bradley International Airport
  • complete selection interview
  • successfully complete initial flight attendant training
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical ability to lift luggage and perform safety procedures
  • pass vision and hearing tests
  • pass security and drug screenings
  • hold a valid passport with minimum six months before expiration
  • flexible with work schedules including nights and holidays
  • able to use and explain inflight technology
  • able to perform emergency procedures including administering first aid
  • maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards
  • adherence to company policies on piercings and tattoos
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • able to work independently and within a team
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • willingness to assist other departments as needed
  • commit to reserve assignment availability

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
  • service-oriented
  • adhere to highest hygiene standards as outlined by CDC
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • capability to pass vision and hearing test
  • ability to complete security screening training
  • pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history background check
  • legal right to work in the US
  • legal right to travel without restriction to/from the US
  • current passport with minimum six months validity
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willingness to relocate if necessary
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • able to report to assigned base and work reserve assignments
  • positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • compliance with company grooming and piercing guidelines
  • knowledge of company tattoo policy

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests and assisting with seating and luggage
  • remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued
  • maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • remain calm under pressure and effectively mitigate high-stress situations
  • communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
  • monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
  • remain flexible with schedules due to operational or weather-related changes
  • stay current and compliant with FAA regulations and company procedures
  • demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive
  • uphold professional appearance and etiquette in and out of the cabin
  • assist other departments if necessary
  • use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol with the highest hygiene standards
  • maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • provide safety, emergency, and evacuation instructions to guests
  • administer first-aid and medical care when required
  • control personal emotional responses and act appropriately under stress
  • conduct security screenings
  • complete autism awareness training
  • adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze Aviation Group values
