Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins
  • Ability to maintain head clearance in cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adhere to CDC hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Completion of security screening training
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Pass fingerprint-based background check
  • Legal authorization to work in U.S.
  • Legal ability to travel to/from U.S.
  • Current passport with six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcohol
  • Willingness to relocate if needed
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to report to assigned base
  • Ability to work reserve assignments
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Compliance with company's appearance guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • Adequate height for head clearance in cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented
  • Adherence to hygiene standards outlined by the CDC
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successful completion of security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
  • Current passport with minimum six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to report to assigned base and work reserve assignments
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Acceptable nose piercings following company guidelines
  • No teeth embellishments in uniform
  • Maximum of two earrings per ear while in uniform

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests and assisting with seating and luggage
  • Remain positive and be kind, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
  • Stay approachable and accommodate guest needs by monitoring the cabin regularly
  • Remain flexible and adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related factors
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate punctuality, personal responsibility, and professionalism
  • Uphold appearance and etiquette standards in and out of the cabin
  • Assist other departments if necessary
  • Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
  • Administer first aid and medical care if required
  • Control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's core values
