Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must pass DOT drug test
- Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check
- Must have current valid passport with at least six months until expiration
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to meet physical requirements including reaching overhead bins and operating jumpseat harness
- Must be service-oriented and neat in appearance
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work and travel in the U.S.
- Completion of security screening training
- Ability to relocate if necessary based on company needs
- Must pass vision and hearing tests
- Must adhere to CDC hygiene standards
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing safety procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Compliance with company policies on piercings, tattoos, and appearance
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Capability to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Service-oriented
- Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Completion of security screening training
- Passing DOT pre-employment drug test
- Passing fingerprint-based criminal history and background checks
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
- Current valid passport with at least six months until expiry
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate based on operational needs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to report to assigned base for assigned trips
- Ability to fulfill reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Acceptable nose piercings limited to single 2mm or smaller studs in silver, gold, or gemstone
- Limit of two earrings per ear in uniform
- Compliance with company tattoo guidelines
- No teeth embellishments in uniform
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience - warmly welcome guests onboard, assist in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and respond to requests
- Remain positive and be kind to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- Remain calm under pressure and effectively mitigate high-stress situations
- Communicate, collaborate, and show respect to other team members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related delays
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate punctuality, personal responsibility, and proactivity
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette both in and out of the cabin
- Assist other departments when necessary
- Utilize and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol, adhering to hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures
- Administer first-aid and medical care during emergencies
- Manage personal and emotional responses in high-stress situations
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
