Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must live within two hours driving distance from Raleigh-Durham International Airport
- Interview and be selected as a Part Time Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial paid Flight Attendant training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull beverage and food carts with 60 pounds force
- Ability to perform safety procedures
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history background check
- Adhere to highest hygiene standard per CDC guidelines
- Neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Ability to communicate safety instructions in English
- Ability to work in assigned base and report for assigned trips
- Ability to work 'Reserve Assignment'
- No teeth embellishments
- No more than two earrings per ear
- Nose piercings limited to one 2mm stud
- Legal right to work and travel without restriction in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into the jumpseat seatbelt harness
- Service-oriented attitude
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Ability to successfully complete security screening training
- Legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
- Current passport with at least six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate if required
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to work reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Neat and well-groomed appearance following company guidelines
- Compliance with facial piercing and tattoo policies
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests
- Remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- Mitigate high-stress situations calmly
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather reasons
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Demonstrate punctuality and personal responsibility
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette
- Assist in other departments if necessary
- Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages following hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
- Administer first aid and medical care during emergencies
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze's core values
