Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must live within two-hour driving distance of Orlando International Airport
  • must complete initial paid flight attendant training
  • must pass DOT drug test
  • must pass TSA fingerprint and background check
  • must have valid passport
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • must be neat and well-groomed
  • must be service oriented
  • able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • able to work reserve assignments
  • ability to perform safety procedures and emergency instructions
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to close overhead bins with approximately 50 pounds force
  • ability to push/pull carts with 60 pounds force
  • able to assist disabled passengers
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • willing to relocate if necessary
  • limited nose piercings only
  • no facial piercings besides nose studs
  • adhere to company tattoo policy
  • must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins
  • adequate head clearance for cabin operations
  • ability to use flight attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • neat and well-groomed appearance
  • service-oriented mindset
  • adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • proficiency in English - reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • completion of security screening training
  • passing DOT pre-employment drug test
  • successful completion of TSA fingerprinting and background checks
  • legal right to work in the U.S.
  • legal right to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
  • current valid passport with minimum six months remaining
  • ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • willingness to relocate if necessary
  • availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • ability to work reserve assignments
  • positive attitude and self-starter mindset
  • compliance with company guidelines on piercings and tattoos
  • no teeth embellishments in uniform
  • limit of two earrings per ear

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience - warmly welcome guests, assist with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, provide additional information
  • Remain positive and be kind - ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly and stay approachable
  • Adapt to variable schedules due to operational or weather delays
  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training
  • Demonstrate punctuality and personal responsibility
  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette
  • Assist other departments if necessary
  • Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcohol, maintaining hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organize galley
  • Provide instructions including emergency and evacuation procedures to guests
  • Administer first aid and medical care if required
  • Control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance standards aligned with Breeze’s values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
