Job Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance of Provo Airport
  • Interview and be selected as a Breeze Part-Time Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Adhere to highest hygiene standards outlined by CDC
  • Able to assist disabled passengers and operate safety equipment
  • Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Commitment to uphold company values and safety culture
  • Able to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willing to assist other departments if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented with a positive impression
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Successful completion of security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check and company background check
  • Legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
  • Possession of a current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Flexibility to relocate based on operational needs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to work assigned trips and reserve assignments
  • Self-starter with strong desire for success
  • Acceptable facial piercings limited to small studs
  • Compliance with company tattoo and appearance guidelines
  • Ability to perform duties requiring standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at conflict de-escalation and complaint resolution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, assisting in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and offering additional information as needed
  • Remain positive and act with kindness and empathy towards guests
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate respectfully with other team members
  • Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodate guest needs
  • Adapt to changing schedules due to operational or weather-related delays
  • Stay current with FAA regulations, company policies, and training requirements
  • Demonstrate punctuality, proactiveness, and uphold professional appearance standards
  • Assist other departments when needed
  • Operate and explain Breeze's inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcohol, following strict hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care during emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance standards aligned with Breeze’s core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
