Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
- Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Must be service-oriented
- Adhere to highest possible hygiene standard as outlined by the CDC
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to pass a vision and hearing test
- Ability to successfully complete security screening training
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
- Current passport with a minimum of six months remaining prior to expiration
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willing to relocate based on the company’s operational needs if applicable
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
- Able to report for work in your assigned base for your assigned trips
- Able to work "Reserve Assignment" in your assigned base
- Self-starter, must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
- Nose piercings are acceptable and must follow company guidelines (studs only, single 2mm or smaller nose stud, silver, gold or gemstone, no hoops, no other facial piercings)
- No teeth embellishments in uniform
- No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Adequate height clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Service-oriented mindset
- Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
- Proficient in English language
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Successful completion of security screening training
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Ability to pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and Breeze background check
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Legal ability to travel without restrictions to/from the U.S.
- Current passport with at least six months validity
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate based on company needs

- Ability to work assigned base and reserve assignments
- Positive attitude and self-starter

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests and assisting with seating and luggage stowage
- Remain positive and be kind, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
- Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly
- Remain flexible to accommodate changes in schedules due to operational and weather-related delays
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual and proactive
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- Assist in other departments if necessary
- Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, including alcohol, adhering to hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide emergency and evacuation instructions
- Administer first aid and medical care if required
- Control personal and emotional responses under stress
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete autism awareness training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze Aviation Group core values
