Job Requirements

  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Orlando International Airport
  • Interview and be selected as a Part Time Flight Attendant
  • Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training
  • Ability to perform assigned duties standing for extended periods
  • Ability to give emergency commands clearly in English
  • Ability to think independently and work as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to assist disabled passengers
  • Ability to follow all safety-related procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled in complaint resolution and conflict de-escalation
  • Must adhere to company guidelines on tattoos and personal appearance
  • Compliance with minimum and maximum height requirements
  • Must be neat and well-groomed
  • Pass vision and hearing tests
  • Must be able to sit in specified jumpseat
  • Must meet all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to report to the assigned base and work reserve assignments
  • Positive, self-starter attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
  • Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat
  • Neat appearance and capable of making a positive impression
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Adherence to CDC hygiene standards
  • Proficient in English language for reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Successful completion of vision and hearing tests
  • Ability to complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and background check
  • Legal right to work and travel unrestricted to/from the USA
  • Current passport with at least six months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willingness to relocate as required
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to work on a reserve assignment basis
  • Positive attitude with strong desire for success
  • Compliance with company guidelines on appearance and piercings

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests onto the aircraft and assisting with seating and luggage stowage
  • Remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Remain calm under pressure and effectively mitigate high-stress situations
  • Communicate, collaborate, and show respect to other team members
  • Stay approachable and monitor the cabin regularly

  • Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements

  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
  • Provide instruction including emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Administer first-aid and medical care during emergencies
  • Control personal and emotional responses appropriately under stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness Training
  • Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance standards aligned with Breeze Aviation Group Values
