Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Current passport with minimum six months validity
- Must be neat and well-groomed
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work reserve assignments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to relocate if needed
- Compliance with CDC hygiene standards
- Must reside within two-hour driving distance of Provo Airport
- Must pass security screening training
- Ability to sit and buckle into jumpseat harness and lap belt
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Adequate head clearance to meet minimum height requirements
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Neat, well-groomed and capable of making a positive impression
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to adhere to hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Ability to complete security screening training
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and Breeze background check
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel to and from the U.S. without restrictions
- Current passport with at least six months remaining
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to relocate as needed
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Able to work assigned reserve assignments and report to base for trips
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Acceptable nose piercings within company guidelines
- Adherence to company standards on tattoos, teeth embellishments, and earrings
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming guests and assisting with seating assignments, luggage, and garment stowage
- Remain positive and kind, making guests feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high-stress situations
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for team members
- Monitor the cabin regularly to stay approachable and accommodating
- Stay flexible and adapt to schedule changes due to operational or weather-related delays
- Stay compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
- Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and proactive behavior
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines
- Assist other departments as needed
- Use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages including alcohol while maintaining hygiene standards
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organization
- Provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
- Administer first aid and medical care in emergencies
- Control personal and emotional responses during stressful situations
- Conduct security screenings
- Complete Autism Awareness Training
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
- Achieve performance measures aligned with company values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
