Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- meet height minimum to reach emergency equipment in overhead bins
- meet maximum height for adequate cabin clearance
- able to sit and buckle into flight attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt
- neat and well-groomed appearance
- service-oriented attitude
- adhere to CDC hygiene standards
- ability to communicate safety instructions in English
- pass vision and hearing tests
- complete security screening training
- pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check and Breeze background check
- legal right to work and travel in the U.S.
- current passport with minimum six months validity
- willingness to serve alcohol
- able to relocate based on operational needs
- able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- able to report for and work assigned trips and reserve assignments
- self-starter with positive attitude
- follow appearance policies including restrictions on nose piercings, earrings, tattoos, and teeth embellishments

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience with warm welcomes and assistance
- remain positive and kind to ensure guests feel valued
- maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
- remain calm under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively
- communicate and collaborate respectfully with other team members
- regularly monitor the cabin and stay approachable
- adapt to schedule changes due to operational and weather-related reasons
- stay compliant with FAA regulations and company training requirements
- demonstrate punctuality and personal responsibility
- uphold professional appearance and etiquette
- assist other departments if necessary
- use and explain Breeze's inflight technology
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages while maintaining hygiene
- maintain cabin cleanliness and galley standards
- provide emergency and evacuation instructions to guests
- administer first-aid and medical care when needed
- control emotional responses under stress
- conduct security screenings
- complete Autism Awareness Training
- adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
