Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Must have adequate head clearance in the cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented
  • Adhere to highest possible hygiene standards
  • Ability to communicate safety instructions in English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing test
  • Ability to complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the U.S.
  • Current Passport with minimum six months remaining
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willing to relocate
  • Able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to report for assigned trips
  • Able to work Reserve Assignment
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Neat and well-groomed
  • Nose piercings acceptable within guidelines
  • No teeth embellishments
  • No more than two earrings per ear in uniform

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Must be service-oriented
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing test
  • Ability to successfully complete security screening training
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
  • Current Passport with a minimum of six months remaining prior to expiration
  • Willing to relocate based on the company's operational needs if applicable
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
  • Able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips
  • Able to work Reserve Assignment in assigned base
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in handling difficult situations, complaint resolution, and conflict de-escalation
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience – warmly welcome Guests onto our aircraft, aide in seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, or any additional information requested, while remaining present and available for further assistance
  • Remain positive and be kind – our Guests should always feel valued and appreciated

  • Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines, both in and out of the cabin
  • Willing to assist in other departments, if necessary
  • Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breeze's Inflight technology
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing highest hygiene standards
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, comfortable working in tight quarters
  • Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests
  • Administer first-aid and medical care, if required, in the event of an emergency
  • Capable of controlling personal and emotional responses and acting appropriately under high levels of stress
  • Conduct security screenings
  • Complete Autism Awareness training
  • Ability to adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
