Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work shifts beginning as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as 5:00 pm
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must adhere to all food safety and cleanliness standards
- capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work early morning to late afternoon shifts
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- willingness to learn and adapt to varying job duties
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all Wendy's procedural and food safety standards
- coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders following all procedural and food safety standards
- operating cash registers and handling customer payments to company standard, following all policies and procedures for handling of payments
- interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- completing assigned cleaning tasks
- restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift
- prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations and prepping salads
- cleaning and preparation duties required to open the restaurant for breakfast and prepare for lunch
