Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand, sit, and squat frequently
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
