Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand, sit, and squat frequently
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
