- Ability to stand for long periods
- Early morning availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to carry trays with multiple dishes and drinks

- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must work overtime when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a breakfast or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation methods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with cash register operations and payment processing
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and identification verification
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the job including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Analytical thinking and basic accounting skills
- Proficient English language skills
Job Duties
- Prepare tables for meals including complete setup of linens silverware and glassware
- Perform light food preparation duties including bread salad preparation appetizers and dessert presentation
- Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus including preparation methods and ingredients
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required
- Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverage consumption
- Provide wine recommendations to customers
- Deliver wine to table with appropriate glasses and use proper corkage and pouring techniques
- Receive guest payments and process transactions
- Clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards
- Complete side duties including polishing silverware restaurant setup and filling condiments
- Communicate professionally with guests vendors coworkers and management
- Assess anticipate and meet guests needs promptly
- Work overtime and assist the workload of others when needed
