Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to available seating
  • take drink and food orders if offering à la carte service
  • answer questions about the menu and accommodate dietary restrictions when possible
  • provide prompt and friendly service ensuring guests have everything they need
  • set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or table service area
  • refill food, beverages, and condiments as needed
  • deliver hot or special orders efficiently
  • prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • keep tables, counters, and the buffet area clean and well-stocked
  • clear used dishes and reset tables quickly
  • follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • work closely with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service
  • handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
  • assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • break down and clean up the breakfast area after service ends
  • store leftover food properly or dispose of waste as required
  • prepare the area for the next service or shift
