Job Duties

  • Create an enjoyable and fun-filled dining experience for guests
  • Ensure top quality products are delivered in a fast, friendly, and clean environment
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Supervise up to five shifts per week including shift personnel
  • Provide training and supervision to assistant managers for effective shift oversight
  • Enforce discipline among employees and reprimand erring staff
  • Recommend suspensions or termination of employees to the District Manager based on misconduct
