Job Duties
- Create an enjoyable and fun-filled dining experience for guests
- Ensure top quality products are delivered in a fast, friendly, and clean environment
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervise up to five shifts per week including shift personnel
- Provide training and supervision to assistant managers for effective shift oversight
- Enforce discipline among employees and reprimand erring staff
- Recommend suspensions or termination of employees to the District Manager based on misconduct
