Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months’ related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Willingness to work opening shifts four days a week
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Manage breakfast operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee inventory and product quality during breakfast hours
- Implement safety and sanitation standards
- Lead by example to maintain a positive work environment
- Handle scheduling and staffing for breakfast shifts
- Monitor sales and work to increase profitability
