Job Duties
- manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained
- maintain a cooperative working relationship with team members and management
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- assist with crew member duties
- conduct crew team meetings
- maintain inventory and control food costs
