Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet physical demands of the role
- Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
- Minimum one year of shift management experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Preferably hold a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of shift management experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Preferably hold a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, and training
- Control inventory and assist with counts for breakfast items
- Maintain reports, records, and cash handling procedures
- Assist with scheduling and managing labor costs
- Train and develop crew members
- Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
