Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of shift management experience
- ability to lead and motivate team members
- experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to train and develop staff
- familiarity with cash handling and inventory control
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
- maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
- assist with crew member duties as needed
- conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
- maintain inventory and control food cost variance
- maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
- ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- assist with scheduling and labor cost management
- train and develop crew under senior management direction
- assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- assist with lunch shift if required
- ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- represent the company professionally at all times
