Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Assist with crew member duties and conduct team meetings
- Control inventory and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain reports, records, and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Assist with scheduling and manage labor costs
- Train and develop crew under the direction of senior management
- Assist in interviewing and hiring staff
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate company vision and values
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
- Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times
