Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet the physical demands of the role
- Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Preferably valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of shift management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train crew members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and follow cash procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious relationship with management team and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
- Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures and training
- Control inventory to meet food cost variance standards
- Assist with scheduling and labor cost management
