Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year shift management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Ability to handle cash and follow cash procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
- Maintain a harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline to team members as needed
- Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, safety, training, and promotions
- Maintain inventory and control food costs
- Handle all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor costs
- Train and develop crew members under senior management direction
- Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
- Support the lunch shift if required
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
