Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year shift management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to train and develop employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Ability to handle cash and follow cash procedures
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained
  • Maintain a harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline to team members as needed
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, safety, training, and promotions
  • Maintain inventory and control food costs
  • Handle all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor costs
  • Train and develop crew members under senior management direction
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
  • Support the lunch shift if required
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
