- Ability to lead and train team members

Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained
- Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations and training
- Control inventory and assist with food cost management
- Handle cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
