Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must meet physical demands required of the role
  • 1 year of shift management experience
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Preferably valid driver's license
  • Consistent and reliable
  • Cheerful and positive attitude
  • Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of shift management experience
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cash and follow company cash procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly
  • Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
  • Assist with crew member duties as required
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training
  • Maintain inventory and control food costs according to company standards
