Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet physical demands required of the role
- 1 year of shift management experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Preferably valid driver's license
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of shift management experience
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cash and follow company cash procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
- Ensure all breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Assist with crew member duties as required
- Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training
- Maintain inventory and control food costs according to company standards
